EEA Monthly Spotlight: NYC Summits, A Growing Ecosystem + What’s Ahead

Celebrating highlights, events, and new additions to the member ecosystem - and there's new ways for institutions to stay closer to Ethereum’s roadmap.

It has been a packed few months at EEA.

We’ve been bringing institutions and Ethereum teams together across New York, welcoming new members, building new programming, and preparing for another busy stretch of events this fall.

Here’s what’s been happening and what’s coming next.

Table of Contents

📚 NYC Event Highlights

June brought three back-to-back conversations across AI, stablecoins, tokenization, institutional DeFi, and the infrastructure needed to make these systems work in practice.

Agentic Finance Summit NYC

Agentic Finance Summit explored what needs to exist before AI agents can reliably transact and participate in financial systems.

EEA Executive Director Redwan Meslem moderated Assembling the Agent Payments Stack, with leaders from Stripe, Coinbase, Crossmint, and Merit Systems. The discussion covered machine payments, merchant discovery, stablecoin settlement, user trust, and the growing need for open standards as agentic payment systems develop.

One takeaway stood out: the first meaningful traction may come from digitally native services, where agents can already pay for APIs, data, compute, and other machine-readable services.

Stable Summit NYC

At Stable Summit, the conversation went deeper into what institutions actually need once assets are tokenized.

Redwan joined DTCC and BNY to discuss tokenized collateral, including how institutions think about valuation, liquidity, legal rights, risk systems, settlement, and operating in markets that may run 24/7.

The technology to tokenize an asset is only one part of the equation. The harder work is making that asset usable inside the operational and risk frameworks institutions already depend on.

Vault Summit NYC

Vault Summit brought the institutional DeFi conversation to the New York Stock Exchange.

Redwan sat down with Christine Moy, Partner and Head of Digital Assets at Apollo, to discuss what comes after tokenization.

Their conversation focused on private market liquidity, tokenized assets as collateral, compliant onchain execution, and what blockchain-based financial products need to offer before institutions have a reason to move existing workflows onchain.

The message was simple: tokenization alone is not the outcome. The asset has to become more useful.

New Member Spotlight: ETH Systems

We’re excited to welcome ETH Systems to the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance.

Their work focuses on building confidential systems for institutional Ethereum across payments, settlement, tokenized assets, identity, and compliance.

They bring deep expertise in privacy and cryptographic infrastructure to the EEA community, and we’re looking forward to having that perspective contribute to the work ahead.

🌟 Celebrating Milestones Together

We’re pleased to share that EY, The Graph, and Kaleido have renewed their EEA memberships!

We appreciate their continued support and participation in our community.

EEA is member-led by design. The expertise, time, and perspectives our members bring into working groups, research, events, and industry discussions are what make this work possible.

Thank you for continuing to build and grow with us.

🔜 Up Next: Singapore

Stablecoin Summit

October 8 · Singapore

Stablecoin Summit brings institutions, fintech leaders, infrastructure teams, and DeFi builders together around the future of digital money.

The conversations will focus on the infrastructure and practical questions behind stablecoin adoption, including payments, settlement, interoperability, compliance, and institutional use cases.

EEA will be supporting the event in Singapore.

📣 EEA members receive complimentary access, with discounts also available for the broader EEA community. Reach out to us for details.

Vault Summit

October 9 · Singapore

Vault Summit heads to Singapore alongside Token2049 for a focused look at the rapid expansion of digital asset infrastructure across Asian markets.

Expect conversations around institutional use cases, capital allocation, asset management, risk frameworks, and the remaining barriers to adoption.

🗽 NYC Events Coming Up..

The EEA is currently working on several more EEA gatherings in New York and will have more to share very soon.

If you’re based in NYC or expect to be there this fall, please keep an eye on EEA channels for upcoming announcements.

📁 Closing Notes

The last few months have reinforced where EEA can be most useful.

Institutions are asking more detailed questions about Ethereum: how these systems operate, how risk is understood, how standards develop, and how organizations can participate with confidence.

We're continuing to focus our work right here.

And if you’re keen on getting more involved to participate in the working groups, research, events, and member initiatives shaping the next phase of Enterprise Ethereum, joining the EEA might be the next best step in that direction for your org.
